The Comprag F-Series compressor is used in industrial applications. It is ideal for the continuous and efficient production of industrially compressed air with a flow rate of up to 2.3 m³/min.
Description
The Comprag F-Series compressors are oil-injected screw compressors with a compact design. The FR version of the compressor is mounted on an air receiver with a capacity of either 270 or 500 litres. This means that the compressor and receiver are supplied as a single unit.
The compressed air receiver helps to stabilise the pressure in the compressed air network and can reduce pressure fluctuations in the pipework. It also helps to reduce the compressor’s switching cycles.
The compressor is fitted with a screw block and a microprocessor control system. The t-Log control system manages automatic operation and provides the operator with information on the process sequence, such as operating pressure, the temperature of the air-oil mixture and the duration of the process.
The electric motor is fitted with thermal motor protection. The layout of the components is designed to minimise internal pressure losses.
The oil separation system ensures that the oil content in the compressed air does not exceed 3 mg/m³.
Filters and separators are accessible for maintenance work.
