- The platform scale is used wherever heavy loads need to be weighed accurately. Typical areas of application include goods receipt and dispatch, warehouse logistics, dispatch departments and production facilities.
- This scale also impresses in industrial settings, workshops and wholesale environments thanks to its high load capacity and reliability.
- The weighing platform features a smooth surface and is bolted from above, making it particularly easy to remove. This allows for quick and hygienic cleaning – ideal for use in demanding industrial environments.
- Four silicon-coated load cells made of alloy steel ensure precise measurement results. These are reliably protected against dust and splash water (IP67 rating) and guarantee a long service life even under difficult conditions.
- The high-performance display unit (see KERN KFC-TM for details) is part of the modern IoT range and offers a convenient, user-friendly operating concept. In line with Industry 4.0, the scale offers optimal connectivity: via the KERN Universal Port (KUP), data and control commands can be conveniently transmitted via an interface on the housing or, with the help of the KUP Extension Box, even in parallel via up to three interfaces.
- The integrated real-time clock enables precise time-stamping of weighing results. Even after a power cut, the scale automatically resumes operation with the correct time.
- For maximum flexibility in everyday work, the indicator is supplied as standard with a table stand and a practical wall bracket. A safety cover is also included and provides additional protection during daily use.
