Product Description
- The non-conductive thermoplastic hose is ideal for high-pressure use with mineral oils, hydraulic oils and media based on phosphate esters and for use in areas of power generation, on rescue equipment, on aerial work platforms and cable cutting devices, where non-conductive hoses are required.
- The outer cover of the hose is made of orange-colored polyurethane, the inner core is a seamlessly extruded polyester tube. Aramid fibers serve as the pressure carrier.
- The hose enables precise control of the hydraulics - even under the most extreme working conditions - thanks to its high pulse resistance and low expansion.
- The only distinctive features are the minimal change in length and the minimal expansion in volume under operating pressure.
- The abrasion-resistant hose offers high weather and age resistance.
- Attention: The connection nipple must not be oiled on the hose side during assembly. Thanks to a special test mandrel, the collapse of the nipple can be easily checked.
