- The Nedo crank stand is equipped with a reduction gear which prevents it from being lowered unintentionally when the locking mechanism is opened.
- The indirect crank drive enables particularly fine adjustment even with heavy rotating lasers.
- The tripod, the tripod plate and the joints are made of aluminium.
- The aluminium tripod has Strapless-Go, a leg lock is possible without a locking strap, the tripod legs hook automatically when pushed in, the annoying closing of the strap to lock the tripod legs during transport is superfluous.
- An adjustable splay stop prevents the tripod legs from slipping away unintentionally on smooth floors.
