- The acoustic camera is suitable for the non-contact localisation and visualisation of sound sources on machinery, plant and technical installations.
- Among other things, it can be used to detect compressed air, gas and vacuum leaks, to investigate partial discharges in electrical systems, and to troubleshoot faults in mechanical components. Typical applications include preventive maintenance, plant monitoring, building services, energy supply and industrial quality control.
- The PCE-AIC 50 acoustic camera enables the rapid localisation and visualisation of sound sources.
- A 64-channel MEMS microphone array detects acoustic signals in the frequency range from 2 to 100 kHz and enables measurements to be taken from distances of approximately 0.3 to 50 m.
- The integrated camera superimposes the acoustic data onto the visual image, enabling the position of a sound source to be displayed directly on the screen.
- Among other things, the device supports the detection and assessment of compressed air, gas and vacuum leaks and offers various display modes for single or multiple sound sources.
- Measurements and reports can be stored in the internal memory and expanded via a micro-SD card.
- USB-C and Wi-Fi enable the transfer of stored data.
