- The coating thickness gauge has been designed for non-destructive, rapid and precise coating thickness measurements.
- Typical areas of application include surface finishing, electroplating, metalworking and quality control in mechanical engineering, vehicle manufacturing, aircraft construction, shipbuilding and bridge construction.
- The PCE-CT 100N coating thickness gauge operates using the magnetic induction method in accordance with ISO 2178 and the eddy current method in accordance with ISO 2360. This enables non-magnetic coatings on magnetic metals and non-conductive coatings on non-magnetic metals to be measured non-destructively.
- The device is fitted with external measuring probes, which also allow measurements to be taken in hard-to-reach places.
- The measured values can be stored in five memory groups, each with 252 memory locations.
- For further analysis, the stored measurement data can be transferred to a PC via USB or Wi-Fi.
- The product measures 160 x 78 x 35 mm, making it suitable for portable use.
