- The PCE-CT 29 coating thickness gauge is suitable for determining coating thicknesses on ferrous (Fe) and non-ferrous (NFe) metals.
- It can be used, amongst other things, to inspect paint finishes, coatings and anti-corrosion layers. The additional temperature and humidity measurement functions allow the ambient conditions during coating and inspection work to be recorded.
- Thanks to the V-groove, measurements can also be taken on curved surfaces, such as pipes.
- The device has a memory for 50 groups, each with up to 50 measured values, and generates group-specific statistical analyses.
- Via the micro-USB interface, the measurement data can be transferred to a PC, analysed using software and exported in CSV or XLS format.
- Live measurements are also possible via the software.
- As well as coating thickness, the measuring instrument also records ambient temperature and humidity.
