- This product is suitable for testing earth resistance and for continuity testing of earth connections. It can be used to check electrical installations in Installation Category III.
- The PCE-ECT 50 is an earth continuity tester designed for use with a 230 V supply at an operating frequency of 50/60 Hz.
- The display unit is plugged directly into the socket and is connected to the safety test probe via an approx. 7 m long test lead.
- The multi-colour, backlit LCD display aids the assessment of the installation by showing the detected status in different colours.
- The device has an IP40 protection rating and an IK06 impact resistance rating, and is designed for measurements in accordance with IEC 61010-1 and EN 61557-4.
