- The PCE-COM 20 conductivity meter is suitable for testing and monitoring the electrical conductivity of metallic materials in industry, metalworking and quality assurance.
- It can be used to distinguish between different non-ferrous metals, to test material properties and to analyse alloys. Furthermore, the device aids in the inspection of materials following heat treatment and in identifying differences in material composition.
- Thanks to its compact design and battery operation, the measuring instrument is suitable for mobile testing tasks in production areas, workshops and test laboratories.
- This handy measuring instrument operates on the eddy current principle with a measurement frequency of 60 kHz and is suitable for both stationary measurements and mobile use.
- The instrument has a measuring range of 0.51 to 112 % IACS or 0.3 to 65 MS/m. Automatic temperature compensation converts the measurement results to a reference temperature of 20 °C. Lift-off compensation up to 0.5 mm allows for the distance between the measuring probe and the workpiece surface to be taken into account.
- The conductivity meter is equipped with an automatic calibration function and a backlit LCD display. The measured values can be read directly on the device and stored in the internal memory. The memory can hold up to 500 measurement records. The stored measurement data can be transferred to a computer via the USB interface for further analysis.
- Power is supplied via an integrated, rechargeable lithium battery. The measuring instrument is supplied with a measuring probe, calibration plates, software, a data cable, a charging adapter and a carrying case.
