- Very non-slip (staple fibre)
- Not suitable for securing persons

- Specific weight: 0.91 kg/d m³
- Tear value at 100 °C: 50 %
- Short-term temperature load limit: 100 °C
- Melting range: 163-174 °C
- Lightfastness: good
- Bending and abrasion resistance: good
- Weather resistance: excellent resistance
- Damage caused by bacteria: no influence
- Resistance to petrol, diesel, oil: excellent resistance
- Resistance to acids: very good
- Resistance to alkalis: resistant
- Resistance to organic solvents: varies
- Features: wet-strength, inexpensive, universally applicable
