Product Description
  • This flexible hose is ideal for gases and for abrasive dusts, powders and fibers.
  • The PROTAPE® PUR 301 AS is ideal for use in the extraction system (as an extraction arm), dust extraction system, filter system or in oil mist extraction.
  • In the chemical industry, the hose is used with chemical vapors, paint vapors, as paint mist extraction and as a gas displacement hose on the loading arm.
  • The hose can be used to ventilate animal stalls.
  • In buses, commercial vehicles, caravans, mobile homes, boats, ships or yachts, the hose is used for ventilation and heating.
  • The PROTAPE® PUR 301 AS is ideally suited for clean room ventilation, as a bellows or as a compensator.
Application
  • The super-light PROTAPE® PUR 301 AS is highly flexible and compressible 3: 1.
  • The antistatic polyurethane hose hose is abrasion-resistant and microbe-proof.
  • The hose impresses with its good resistance to oil, petrol and chemicals as well as very good flexibility at low temperatures.
  • This hose is flame retardant according to UL94-HB and DIN 4102-B1.
  • The wall is permanently antistatic with a volume resistance and surface resistance of <10⁹ Ω.
  • According to TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 / EU, the hose is suitable for aspirating flammable dusts (zone 22 inside), for conveying non-flammable liquids and for use in zones 1 and 2 (gases).
  • The PROTAPE® PUR 301 AS fulfills the safety requirements of the German wood association.
  • The hose is manufactured in accordance with DIN 26057 Type 1 and is RoHS compliant.
