- The carefully selected dial gauge parts and materials ensure a long service life and the precision movement is shock-protected.
- The brass housing is surrounded by an easily rotatable plastic outer ring.
- The precision dial gauge has internal, adjustable tolerance marks and the measuring mechanism is jewelled.
- Like the clamping shaft, the lapped measuring pin is made of rust- and acid-resistant steel. Thanks to the sleeve, which is guided precisely over the measuring pin, shocks are not transmitted to the dial gauge gear.
- The manufacturer Käfer carries out a final inspection of the complete series with visual and mechanical function testing; the accuracy check is carried out using test equipment that is traceable to national or international standards.
