Product Description
- for the increase of gas, e.g. air
- Intensifier / increase max. 2600 l / min
- The booster increases the input pressure to the control valve mounted on the value set
- The output pressure can be max. the 4 - and 2-fold amount of the input pressure, but not more than 20 bar.
- You have for example an individual consumer (cylinder, etc.) with a higher pressure should be used as your network printing
- Your network pressure is for example 8 bar, so you can operate with our bar pressure intensifier cylinder with about 16 working pressure
- High energy saving and no electrical energy directly to the consumer need
- You may need for a consumer not to bias your entire air supply higher
- Function: flows from the input side of the compressed air through 2 check valves into the chambers A and B amplifier and the regulator and control valve in the actuator chambers A and B
- By the pressure in booster chamber A and chamber B, the double drive piston moves to the left and thus compress the air in the booster chamber B and the non-return valve 4 to the output (high pressure) out
- After the piston B has reached its dead center, it switches the control valve so that driving chamber corresponding B-and A drive chamber is ventilated.
- The process is now in the opposite direction.
