Product Description
  • The ORM 1HO digital refractometer is ideal for measuring the water content in honey in accordance with the IHC2002 standard and Grad-Baumé (°Bé) for determining the relative density of liquids.
  • Optionally, Brix or the refractive index can also be displayed.
  • The main areas of application are beekeeping and honey production.
Description
  • The digital handheld refractometers in the ORM series are precise, universal and maintenance-free, and are characterised by their ease of use and robustness.
  • With a large and clearly legible digital display and integrated temperature display as well as automatic temperature compensation (ATC), eliminating the need for manual temperature conversion.
  • Simple handling, calibration is possible with the aid of commercially available distilled water.
  • The refractometer is protected against dust and splash water in accordance with international protection class IP65.
  • After use, the refractometer can simply be rinsed under running water.
  • Power is supplied via 1 AAA battery (1.5 V).
  • Calibration ex works is available as an option.
