Product Description
- The SMC ASD-F double throttle check valve is used for the precise control of air flows in pneumatic automation systems.
- Typical applications include production lines in the mechanical engineering, automotive and packaging industries.
- It is particularly suitable for applications where smooth cylinder movement is required even under varying load conditions.
- The SMC ASD-F double throttle check valve is made of chemically nickel-plated brass and PBT plastic and features push-fit connections for easy installation.
- The versions with R-threads also feature a PTFE thread seal to reduce friction and particle formation.
- The valve regulates the flow in both directions independently of one another and ensures a constant flow rate even with load fluctuations.
- The integrated adjustment needle allows for precise adjustment of the flow rate.
- The ASD series double check valve combines a supply air valve, exhaust air valve and check valve in a single housing. The plug-in connections can be rotated through 360°.
