- The SMC HRZ cooling and temperature control unit is used for cooling and temperature monitoring in industrial manufacturing and process plants.
- Typical applications include laser beam and laser welding machines, CNC milling machines, injection moulding machines and printing presses.
- The HRZ cooling and temperature control unit is also suitable for packaging lines, cleaning systems, test benches and, in particular, for applications in the semiconductor industry.
- It is used for temperature control of components, process media and cooling circuits.
- The SMC HRZ series cooling and temperature control unit is a water-cooled industrial chiller for liquid cooling, featuring a pump inverter and a compressor inverter.
- Inverter technology adjusts the motor power of the pump and compressor to suit demand, thereby supporting energy-efficient operation.
- The improved temperature control ensures high temperature stability and shorter cooling times.
- The cooling and temperature control unit is suitable for various circulating media and can be integrated into higher-level systems via RS-485, analogue communication or DeviceNet.
