Product Description
- The SMC AS-R throttle check valve is used in industrial automation to regulate the speed of movement of pneumatic cylinders.
- It is suitable for use in assembly lines, robotics and pneumatic handling systems.
- Areas of application include automation technology, specialised machine construction and industrial production facilities.
- The AS-R valve can be combined with valves from the AS-Q series. This combination is designed for applications where compressed air consumption needs to be reduced.
- The SMC AS-R throttle check valve features a pressure-reducing function for pneumatic cylinders. It is fitted with a knurled adjustment knob for regulation and a pressure lock.
- Thanks to its compact design and low weight, the valve is suitable for use in pneumatic systems.
- The AS-R valve is used to reduce the pressure in the cylinder during the return stroke.
- The pressure-reducing function allows the movement of the piston rod to be controlled at the start of the return stroke.
