Product Description
- The SI-90 safety dial gauge from Käfer enables precise measurements within one pointer revolution, its design features comply with DIN EN ISO 463 / DIN 878.
- The SI-90 mechanical safety dial gauge is characterised by its robust design, reliable operation and high accuracy.
- The carefully selected dial gauge parts and materials ensure a long service life, while a precise sleeve over the measuring pin prevents the transmission of shocks to the dial gauge gear.
- The display range of the safety dial gauge is limited to slightly less than one hand rotation, which prevents reading errors.
- The double protection of the limit is ensured by the stop in the measuring unit and an attachment on the bevelled ring.
- The large free stroke makes it easier to insert test specimens into the measuring device.
- The brass housing is surrounded by an easily rotatable plastic outer ring.
- The graduated scales can only be rotated by 36°.
- The lapped measuring pin, like the clamping shaft, is made of stainless and acid-resistant steel, and the lifting sleeve enables the measuring pin to be lifted easily.
