Percentage determination enables weighing to a specified value (100%) and determination of deviations from the target value.
Recipe components can be added up and the total weight of the recipe can be printed out.
Thanks to the HOLD function, this scale determines exact weight values even under unstable weighing conditions (e.g. animal weighing).
