  • The UniMaster piston compressor is the ideal solution for work where there is no permanent need for air, e.g. in a small car workshop.
Description
  • The compressor has a V-belt driven 2-cylinder unit with two-stage compression for 10 bar pressure. This increases performance and ensures a high level of efficiency.
  • Thanks to the sound insulation bonnet, the compressor is extremely quiet. The sound insulation bonnet also allows the compressor to be installed in sensitive areas.
  • The container with baked-on inner coating has a 15-year guarantee* against rusting through.
  • Equipped as standard with all fittings such as: Solenoid valve or pressure switch with relief valve for fully automatic operation, motor protection, safety valve, pressure gauge, non-return valve, condensate drain cock and stopcock.
  • Also equipped with rubber swinging elements as standard.
  • The compressor has a 400 V/50 Hz electrical connection (three-phase current).
  • For compressors with a 4 kW motor, the regulations of the local electricity company must be observed.
  • Starting via an automatic star-delta switch is mandatory for all compressors and units from 5.5 kW. This is not included in the scope of delivery, but the starting relief is.
  • The intercoolers and aftercoolers ensure rapid cooling of the compressed air produced.
  • The low speed reduces vibrations and also protects the compressor components and reduces noise.
  • A large fan flywheel ensures optimum cooling.
  • Condensate drain under the tank is easily accessible.
  • This also makes it suitable for simple connection of an Ecomat condensate drain.
  • Easy retrofitting of a refrigeration dryer is possible.
