Product Description
- The AS-Q throttle check valve is used in industrial automation for the precise control of cylinder movements.
- It is particularly suitable for assembly systems, robotics and compact handling systems.
- Typical industries are automation technology, special machine construction and production facilities.
- To minimise air consumption, the AS-Q valve should be used in conjunction with the AS-R series.
- The JCQ, RQ and RLQ cylinder series are not compatible with the AS-Q valve.
- The AS-Q throttle check valve with fast supply/venting function is equipped with an ergonomically knurled adjustment knob for quick and easy adjustment and pressure locking.
- The compact, lightweight design is suitable for use in modern, lightweight pneumatic systems.
- The energy-saving AS-Q valve enables compressed air savings of 25% per cylinder cycle.
- The rapid air supply via the AS-Q ensures rapid pressure build-up in the cylinder when the end position is reached, while the rapid venting allows the return stroke to start earlier.
