Product Description
- The AS-R throttle check valve is used in industrial automation for the precise control of cylinder movements.
- It is particularly suitable for assembly systems, robotics and compact handling systems.
- Typical industries are automation technology, special machine construction and production facilities.
- To minimise air consumption, the AS-R valve should be used in conjunction with the AS-Q series.
- The JCQ, RQ and RLQ cylinder series are not compatible with the AS-R valve.
- The AS-R throttle check valve with pressure reduction function is equipped with an ergonomically knurled adjustment knob for quick and easy adjustment and pressure locking.
- The compact, lightweight design is suitable for use in modern, lightweight pneumatic systems.
- The energy-saving AS-R valve enables compressed air savings of 25% per cylinder cycle.
- The AS-R valve significantly reduces the pressure in the cylinder during the return stroke, preventing sudden movement of the piston rod at the start of the return stroke.
