- The AS201FG-SA throttle check valve is used for supply air control in hygiene-critical or corrosive applications.
- Typical areas of application are the food industry, medical technology, pharmaceuticals and chemical process automation.
- Thanks to its PTFE coating, the valve is ideal for use in pneumatic systems in the electronics or food industry and in applications with high switching frequencies or aggressive media.
- It is particularly suitable for systems with frequent operating contact and high cleaning requirements.
- The valve is ideal for dynamic applications with high cycle rates, frequent readjustments and stable process control.
- The AS201FG-SA supply air-controlled throttle check valve is equipped with a stainless steel housing, a plug connection and a large adjustment knob for more sensitive and ergonomic adjustment and easy locking of the volume flow.
- All components that come into contact with media are made of stainless steel for increased resistance to aggressive environments. The valve is also equipped with a PTFE thread seal.
- The design with an enlarged adjustment knob facilitates precise flow regulation.
