- The emergency shower arm is used as part of a body emergency shower in work areas where people may come into contact with hazardous substances or extreme contamination. Typical locations include laboratories, research and industrial facilities, and workplaces where hazardous substances such as acids or alkalis are used. In an emergency, the shower enables rapid decontamination and thus serves as an important first aid facility for rinsing chemicals or other harmful substances from skin and clothing.
- This product is part of a wall-mounted emergency body shower in a surface-mounted design. It consists of a chemical-resistant, powder-coated stainless steel wall shower arm with a high-performance plastic shower head. The integrated automatic flow regulator ensures a standard-compliant and even spray pattern regardless of the available water pressure. The soft, limited water jet is specially designed to gently rinse chemicals or other hazardous substances from the skin. The shower head is self-draining, largely limescale-free and maintenance-free, and corrosion-resistant. The scope of delivery also includes an information sign for marking the emergency shower in accordance with DIN EN ISO 7010.
