Product Description
- The fischer adjustment screw FAFS is ideally suited for the continuously adjustable assembly of wooden structures and frames. The adjustment screw is ideal for fixing and adjusting ceiling and wall substructures on wooden substrates.
- The FAFS adjustment screw is screwed flush with the surface through the attachment part using a bit and setting tool. The recessed clip of the screw does not rotate during adjustment, which means that the screw head retains its position in the fixture and ensures flush surface mounting without protruding screw heads. The bit can be used to precisely and continuously adjust the distance between the component and the substrate by rotating in opposite directions. The thread on the clip can be unscrewed from the add-on part, which also makes disassembly easy. The fischer PowerFast II chipboard screw used can be screwed in easily and quickly.
- For wooden slats with thickness < 30 mm or hard wood, as well as for installation close to the edge, pre-drilling Ø 6 mm is recommended. In case of application according to approval, the specifications of ETA-19/0175 must be observed.
