Product Description
- Suitable for sampling in the fields of histology, medicine, food and luxury foods, dairies and agriculture
- Meat sampler for bacteriological sampling of carcass surfaces in slaughterhouses and butcheries (cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and horses).
- The BeefSteaker is used to cut a 25 mm round sample from the surface of the carcass.
- The stainless steel (1.4404) cutting edge makes it easy to cut out the sample pieces.
- can be steam sterilised or flamed.
- A hole in the crown prevents air compression and serves to eject the samples.
- Autoclavable up to max. 121°C
