Product Description
- The counting system is suitable for counting the smallest parts, even in large quantities.
- The reference scale can also be used separately as a simple counting scale for determining the number of pieces and weight.
- The high-precision counting system consists of a quantity scale and a reference scale.
- The CAL adjustment programme enables the scales to be set precisely (test or adjustment weight not included in the scope of delivery).
- The reference scale has a memory for 100 items with additional text, reference weights and tare weights. The desired reference quantity and the known reference weight can be programmed using the keypad.
- The automatic reference optimisation gradually improves the average value of the corresponding part weight.
- A target weight can also be programmed and an acoustic and visual signal indicates when the target value has been reached.
- The quantity scale serves as a high-precision quantity counter and consists of a stainless steel weighing plate with a painted steel base and is protected against dust and splash water.
- The platform can be precisely levelled using the spirit level and the foot screws, guaranteeing the most accurate weighing results.
- The system is equipped with an RS-232 data interface for connecting a printer, PC etc. and a second scale interface.1
- The calibration certificate is available on request.
