- The Plum Eye Emergency Station from B-Safety is a comprehensive first-aid solution for workplaces where there is an increased risk from chemicals and foreign bodies such as dust or splinters. It enables rapid and targeted first aid in the event of eye injuries and helps to minimise further damage.
- The emergency eye wash station is particularly suitable for use in laboratories, workshops and industrial areas.
- The station is equipped with a pH-neutral eye wash bottle containing 200 ml of phosphate buffer solution (4.9%) for the rapid neutralisation of acids and alkalis, as well as an eye wash bottle containing 500 ml of sterile sodium chloride solution (0.9%) for flushing out foreign bodies. The kit is complemented by a wall bracket with an integrated pictogram and mirror, which aids correct and safe use. An emergency eye care plan is also included in the scope of delivery.
- It provides a flushing time of approximately 7 minutes, has a shelf life of approximately three years and complies with the requirements of standard DIN EN 15154-4:2009.
