Product Description
- The Comprag F series compressor is used in industry. It is ideal for the continuous and efficient production of industrially compressed air with a volume flow of up to 2.3 m³/min.
- Comprag F-Series compressors are oil-injected screw compressors, they are compact and easy to operate. The FR version compressor is already connected to an air receiver with a capacity of either 270 or 500 l and a refrigeration dryer, which saves on installation work and costs. The tank keeps the pressure in the network stable. This prevents pulsation in compressed air lines and reduces alternating cycles in the operating mode of the compressors, which increases the service life of the screw block, electric motor and drive system and significantly increases energy efficiency. The refrigeration dryer removes most of the humidity from the compressed air. This prevents water in the compressed air line and thus extends the service life of the compressed air lines. This protects the devices operated with the compressed air.
- The compressor has a modern, energy-efficient screw block with a contemporary and energy-efficient rotor design. The microprocessor control ensures optimum, cost-effective compressor operation. The t-Log controller controls the automatic mode of the compressor. It also provides the operator with all the important information about the process sequence, such as operating pressure, temperature of the air/oil mixture, process duration, etc. The compressor is equipped with a quality motor with a high efficiency coefficient and bearings from leading manufacturers. The motor has an energy reserve and thermal motor protection. Thanks to the ingenious design of all key components, internal pressure losses are kept to a minimum, resulting in noticeable savings in overall energy consumption. The effective oil separation system enables a low oil content in the compressed air of maximum 3 mg/m³. All filters and separators are easily accessible for simple maintenance.
