Product Description
- The Comprag F-Series compressor is used in industrial applications. It is ideal for the continuous and efficient production of industrially compressed air with a flow rate of up to 2.3 m³/min.
- The Comprag F-Series compressors are oil-injected screw compressors with a compact design. The FR version of the compressor is fitted with a compressed air receiver with a capacity of either 270 or 500 litres, as well as a refrigeration dryer. This means that the compressor, receiver and refrigeration dryer are supplied as a single unit.
- The compressed air receiver helps to stabilise the pressure in the compressed air network and can reduce pressure fluctuations in the pipework as well as the compressor’s switching cycles.
- The refrigeration dryer reduces the moisture content of the compressed air, thereby helping to minimise condensation in the compressed air pipework.
- The compressor is fitted with a screw block and a microprocessor control system. The t-Log control system manages automatic operation and provides information such as operating pressure, the temperature of the air-oil mixture and the duration of the process.
- The electric motor is fitted with thermal motor protection. The layout of the components is designed to minimise internal pressure losses.
- The oil separation system ensures that the oil content in the compressed air does not exceed 3 mg/m³.
- Filters and separators are accessible for maintenance work.
