Product Description
- The FAZ II Plus bolt anchor is approved for cracked and non-cracked concrete C20/25 to C50/60. It is also suitable for C12/15 concrete, C80/95 concrete, solid sand-lime brick (expert opinion available in each case) and steel fiber concrete (aBG available). The FAZ II Plus is versatile and can be used for the highest demands with high transverse load-bearing capacities. It is ideal for anchoring railings, cable trays, brackets and dynamic loads such as lifting platforms, conveyor belts and pumps. It is also used for steel structures, tunnels, elevators, ladders, machines, stairs, facades and timber structures. The bolt anchor is suitable for push-in and push-through installation. The long thread also makes it ideal for stand-off installations.
- The FAZ II Plus bolt anchor can be installed even more easily and quickly in diameters M8 to M24 as there is no need to clean the drill hole. The proven expansion clip, which transfers the loads safely into the concrete, enables an immediately loadable, high load-bearing capacity even in dynamic applications. The new ETA assessment significantly increases the transverse load-bearing capacity, meaning that fewer fixing points and anchors are required. The new ETA also confirms the use of the FAZ II Plus M16 to M24 for dynamic loads. In addition, the ETA assessment together with other test certificates (RWS, ZTV, ETK) ensures high loads in the event of fire. The FAZ II Plus (diameter M10 to M24) enables the absorption of high seismic loads of performance category C1 and C2 with and without the use of the FFD backfill washer during installation. The fast installation process of the FAZ II Plus enables an efficient fastening solution with a direct load-bearing capacity of the fastening point for dynamic applications with low load cycles (M16-24). The FAZ II Plus will last a century, making it perfect for large, long-lasting construction projects (M10-M16). An external independent expert opinion confirms the service life of anchorages up to 120 years. Thanks to its variable anchoring depths, the FAZ II Plus can be adapted to loads with millimeter precision.
