- The Comprag FV series compressor is used in industrial applications. It is ideal for the continuous and efficient production of industrially compressed air with a flow rate of up to 6.5 m³/min.
- The Comprag FV series compressors are oil-injected screw compressors featuring a compact design. The basic version is supplied on a base frame without a pressure vessel or refrigerated dryer. Additional components for the compressed air system can be selected and retrofitted as required for the specific application.
- Variable speed control allows the air delivery to be adjusted to the demand for compressed air. This helps to reduce idle periods and prevent pressure build-up beyond the set operating pressure.
- The compressor is fitted with a screw block and a microprocessor control system. Automatic operation is managed via the v-Log control system. This provides the operator with information on the process sequence, such as operating pressure, the temperature of the air-oil mixture and the duration of the process.
- The group control function allows several compressors to be controlled. It is also possible to connect to a higher-level control system or control room via MODBUS.
- The electric motor is fitted with thermal motor protection. The design of the components is optimised to minimise internal pressure losses.
- The oil separation system ensures that the oil content in the compressed air does not exceed 3 mg/m³.
- Filters and separators are accessible for maintenance work.
