- The 3M™ DBI-SALA® Beam Glider serves as a mobile anchor point for personal fall protection equipment (PFPE) and enables safe working with a high degree of freedom of movement along steel beams.
- The system provides a robust anchor point that follows the user along the beam whilst they are working, thereby allowing a high degree of freedom of movement.
- The beam slider is securely attached to the I-beam using the integrated adjustment system; a fall arrest device or lanyard can then be attached directly to the swivelling fall arrest eye.
- Thanks to the sliding design, the anchor point remains optimally positioned whilst the user is moving, thereby reducing disruptive tracking movements.
- The robust aluminium construction ensures a low weight whilst offering high load-bearing capacity.
- The harness glider has been designed for repeated use in demanding working environments and supports safe, hands-free working at elevated workstations.
