- The IKAR ACB 1.8 fall arrest device with integrated fall arrest system is ideally suited for professional work involving a risk of falling in industry, the trades, construction and maintenance.
- The robust aluminium housing is particularly durable, corrosion-resistant and designed for demanding operating conditions.
- Thanks to the integrated swivel suspension, twisting of the lanyard is reliably prevented and a high level of user comfort is ensured.
- A retractable Dyneema® webbing, specially designed for high loads, serves as the lanyard.
- The webbing has been tested for double-edge resistance and is therefore also suitable for applications with increased requirements for edge resistance
- In the event of a fall, the integrated braking system limits the impact force to less than 3 kN, thereby significantly reducing the strain on the user.
- The fall arrest device has been successfully tested for horizontal applications (CNB/P/11.060) and is also approved for use on aerial work platforms.
- This makes the ACB 1.8 suitable for both traditional work at height and mobile workstations with an increased risk of falls.
