- The Kratos Safety SKALA lanyard is suitable for professional use with personal fall protection equipment (PSAgA).
- Thanks to its multiple certifications, the system can be used both as a positioning rope and as a temporary anchor point or movable guide.
- The length-adjustable lanyard consists of a robust, abrasion-resistant polyamide core-sheath rope and allows for precise adjustment to the specific working situation.
- The integrated rope adjustment mechanism allows the working position to be adjusted quickly and continuously.
- The lanyard can be used not only for workplace positioning in accordance with EN 358, but also as a temporary anchor point in accordance with EN 795 Type B or as a temporary horizontal lifeline in accordance with EN 795 Type C.
- To do this, the system is secured between two suitable anchor points using the two integrated carabiners.
- The 11 mm-thick core-sheath rope features a rope thimble and an additional protective sheath, which significantly increases its abrasion resistance.
- The seams are protected by transparent heat-shrink tubing and can also be visually inspected.
- A high-quality aluminium rope shortener allows for infinitely variable length adjustment and ensures comfortable handling even under demanding conditions.
- To ensure a secure connection, the SKALA lanyard is fitted with two self-locking aluminium carabiners.
- The combination of automatic locking, a safety latch and one-handed operation enables quick and safe working at height.
