Product Description
- Accessories for the mole handle with rod
- There are different drill heads for Mole, each designed for specific soil conditions
- Clay and moist soils: With narrow flanks that cause the least friction/resistance in the soil. As moist soils are generally highly cohesive, the soil still adheres well to the auger.
- Sand: With wide flanks and thus a wider bearing surface in which the sand can hold well.
- Coarse sand: With extra wide flanks that close the auger even more and thus also hold coarse sand soils or very dry soils.
- Combination: Holds both highly cohesive and less cohesive soils.
- Riverside: Very suitable for drilling in hard, encrusted soils and soils mixed with fine gravel. The auger blades protrude beyond the core auger, which greatly minimises friction.
- Gravel auger: With slightly curved, angled blades that pull themselves downwards in the gravel. Any stones are clamped between the auger flanks. The finer soil material (coarse sand with fine gravel) is held inside the auger.
- Stone catcher: The stone catcher can be used to catch and pull out stones that prevent smooth sampling with one of the drill heads.
