Tricoclair® AL is ideal for conveying food, beverages, dairy products, liquids/beverages containing alcohol, as well as compressed air and chemical substances.
This multi-purpose food hose is ideally suited for use in the automotive industry, construction industry, mechanical engineering, in the chemical industry and laboratories, in the compressed air industry, in breweries, in the food and beverage industry, in dairies, assembly companies and in repair/car workshops.
Description
The three-layer transparent hose is made of class A soft PVC, with a high-tenacity polyester weave.
Thanks to the exclusive material composition, the Tricoclair® AL hose ensures flexibility, durability, increased UV protection and high transparency.
Tricoclair® AL is of food quality and suitable for liquids containing alcohol up to 50% vol.
The uniform fabric insert ensures high pressure resistance, very good handling, high mechanical strength and excellent composite adhesion of the hose.
Tricoclair® AL has a high chemical resistance and, under certain conditions of temperature and concentration, is suitable for the products listed below: certain acids (hydrochloric, acetic, boric, citric, nitric, phosphoric…); certain bases (sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide); chlorine bleach; Sea water and salts (certain chlorides, nitrates, sulfates, phosphates, carbonates...).
