Product Description
- This flexible hose is ideal for liquids, powders, bulk goods, granules and gases.
- PROTAPE® PUR 385 FOOD (LD) is ideally suited for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
- This hose is ideal for conveying rice, dry foods, cereal products, sugar, milk powder, powder, coffee, tea, grain, flour and frozen foods, for example.
- The PROTAPE® PUR 385 FOOD (LD) is ideally suited as a mixer, dryer, packaging machine, grinder, for big bag filling and emptying.
- As a medical device in medical technology and in the healthcare sector, the hose can be used as a cable protection hose, air hose or suction hose.
- This food and pharmaceutical hose in a conductive design is flexible and abrasion-resistant.
- The hose is approved in accordance with EU Regulation 10/2011, EC 1935/2004 and EU 2015/174.
- NORPLAST® PUR 385 FOOD (LD) is food-safe according to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600.
- The tube is odorless and tasteless, microbe- and hydrolysis-resistant and phthalate-free.
- The food and pharmaceutical hose has good resistance to oil, petrol and chemicals.
- The manufacturing process is carried out in accordance with GMP EC 2023/2006
- Wall material - special premium ether polyurethane (Pre-PUR®) hard plastic helix embedded in the wall
- Spiral - rigid PVC
- Inner Ø - 20 to 150-152 mm
- Outer Ø - 26 to 162 mm
- Bending radius - 15 to 105 mm
- Temperature range - -20°C to 70°C, briefly up to 80°C
- REACH - compliant according to 1907/2006/EC
- RoHS - compliant according to 2015/863/ EU RoHS 3
- Length - 10 to 20 m
