Product Description
- Oil brake cylinders are used wherever the constant feed of a pneumatic cylinder is required despite changing loads
- In contrast to the conventional solution with an external oil brake, a uniformly controlled extension of the cylinder can be guaranteed, as the occurrence of bending moments is prevented by the design
- Oil brake cylinder for speed regulation for pre-stroke, no STOP valve (blocking valve) and no SKIP valve (skip valve)
- Oil brake cylinder is supplied ready for connection including all required control valves
- Installation dimensions according to ISO 6431 VDMA
- Magnetic pistons (up to piston Ø 100 mm) and adjustable end position damping are standard
- The oil brake integrated into the hollow piston rod allows the retraction and extension speed of the cylinder to be set almost independently of the load
- The main installation dimensions and technical features (magnetic piston and adjustable end position damping) are the same as those of a profile tube cylinder standardised to ISO 6431 VDMA
- Standard fastening material in accordance with ISO 15552 can be used to fasten the cylinder
- Small, compact installation dimensions, as no external brake unit is required
- Cover, base and tube - anodised aluminium
- Piston rod - hard chrome-plated steel
- Piston - aluminium with magnetic ring
- Seals - NBR/polyurethane
