Product Description
- In an industrial context, the PEH electric chain hoist is ideal for use as a hoist on crane systems in the field of overhead conveyor technology. It can also be used as an aid for assembly work and in stage and event technology. Other areas of application include industrial intralogistics on indoor cranes or on column-mounted slewing jib cranes and overhead monorail systems.
- Thanks to its low weight, the PEH electric chain hoist is easy and convenient to handle as well as reliable and safe to operate. It has been designed for durability and ease of maintenance. The housing and cover are made of die-cast aluminum for a particularly robust design. The chain is made of sectional steel, case-hardened and manganese-phosphated for increased load capacity. The enlarged cross-sectional area reduces wear and increases the service life of the chain. The PEH has a minimum 8-fold chain safety device in accordance with the FEM 2m and ISO M5 standard. As an additional safety feature, the chain hoist has an overload protection by means of a slipping clutch. Thanks to its IP65 protection rating, the chain hoist is both dustproof and protected against powerful water jets, making it ideal for outdoor use. The load hook can be rotated through 360° and is equipped with a latching hook flap. An adjustable geared limit switch is available for the upper and lower hook end positions. The PEH electric chain hoist is optionally equipped with a hinged eye or hook suspension. It has a modular design and is equipped with a contactor control with 42 V low voltage and an ergonomic control switch with emergency stop and an operating length of 1.8 m. A 5 m CEE plug and a chain box are also available.
