- The Plum Eye Emergency Station from B-Safety is a comprehensive first-aid solution for workplaces where there is an increased risk from chemicals and foreign bodies such as dust or splinters. It enables rapid and targeted first aid in the event of eye injuries and helps to minimise further damage.
- The emergency eye wash station is particularly suitable for use in laboratories, workshops and industrial areas.
- The unit is fitted with a pH-neutral eye wash bottle containing 200 ml of phosphate buffer solution (4.9 per cent) for the rapid neutralisation of acids and alkalis, as well as an eye wash bottle containing 500 ml of sterile sodium chloride solution (0.9 per cent) for flushing out foreign bodies. The kit is complemented by a wall mount with an integrated pictogram and mirror, which aids correct and safe use. An emergency eye care plan is also included in the scope of delivery.
- It provides a flushing time of approximately 7 minutes, has a shelf life of 3.5 years and complies with the requirements of the DIN EN 15154-4:2009 standard.
