- PolyBulb blind rivets are an excellent solution for delicate applications with soft and brittle materials.
- Their washer-shaped head enables even distribution of the contact pressure on the component, making them ideal fasteners for riveting plastics and composite materials. In addition, PolyBulb blind rivets produce an aesthetic setting pattern.
- A large clamping range makes it possible for one PolyBulb blind rivet to replace up to three conventional blind rivets, reducing the variety of parts. This leads to savings in handling and storage, as well as a sustainable reduction in the risk of confusion in the workplace and the associated quality problems.
- With a controlled hole friction adapted to the requirements, the PolyBulb blind rivet ensures an optimal joint. It offers a number of advantages, including a large clamping range, a washer-like head formation with large head diameter, an aesthetic setting pattern with only one pronounced head, high tensile strength and pop-out force (especially for plastic joints), controlled hole friction, excellent clamping properties, a locked residual mandrel, rattle-free application and process controllability.
