Product Description
- Pre-filter for removing solid impurities (dust), dirt, oil and water aerosols down to 25 µm from compressed air and gaseous media
- Prefilters are used for instrument and control air in the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as in the plastics, food, beverage and process industries and in general mechanical engineering
- They are used to increase the service life of FF, MF and SMF filters
- The pre-filter also filters e.g. grinding, graphite, cement and chalk dust etc.. This pre-filter increases the service life of downstream MF or SMF filters.
- Housing material: aluminium (flange version: steel) with blue polyester resin coating
- Filter medium: pure, high-molecular polyethylene with aluminium end caps
- O-rings: NBR (silicone and release agent-free)
- Temperature range: up to max. +80°C
- Connection - G1/4" to 3" (female thread)
- max. flow rate - 40 to 4320 m³/h
- Inlet pressure: 1 to 16 bar
- Pore size in the filter: 25 µm
- Scope of delivery: Filter housing, filter element, differential pressure manometers
