Product Description
- Piston-controlled pressure reducing valve with pre-pressure compensation, which delivers an adjustable back pressure of 1.5 to 12 bar at an inlet pressure of up to 40 bar (up to DN 50) or 25 bar (DN65 bar (DN 50) with an adjustable downstream pressure of 1.5 to 12 bar – ideal for demanding applications with aggressive, neutral or hygienically sensitive media in stainless steel piping systems with high flow rates and temperatures up to 190°C (FKM seals).
- The DRV 824 is a premium flange pressure reducing valve made of stainless steel (1.4408) that enables precise regulation of the back pressure in the range from 1.5 to 12 bar at a maximum pressure of 40 bar (for smaller nominal diameters) via pre-pressure compensation and piston-controlled mechanics.precise regulation of the downstream pressure in the range from 1.5 to 12 bar at a maximum pressure of 40 bar (for smaller nominal sizes).
- It offers flange connections in accordance with DIN EN 1092, an integrated dirt separator (for DN 50 and smaller), replaceable internal parts and G 1/4" pressure gauge connections on both sides for monitoring.
- Designed for temperatures up to 190 °C (FKM) or up to 130 °C (EPDM), it is ideal for industrial applications with high hygiene standards and corrosion resistance requirements.
