I have to wear such a cap with impact protection while working. During my private time I wear baseball caps, that is why I did not like the "official delivered" bumbers.
Appearance, processing and fit of baseball caps are "good". Fit of the abutment protection "unsatisfactory - poor"
- 1) the impulse protection has inside AND outside an upholstery of approx. 5 mm strengthens! Why outside??? This takes needlessly a lot of place away .
- 2.) I have a head extent of 61.5 cm and with pressure on my head I get headaches. Though by the closed form of the impulse protection it can go out of shape, however, do not widen.
By 4 long, lateral slits (I have made with the sting saw in the impulse protection), removing the external upholstery and the adding of additional breather hole both together is now as made for my head ....
... Also at the risk that now it does not correspond any more to the requiments.
