Product Description
- The SMC Air Management System (AMS) with an electro-pneumatic regulator is used in pneumatic systems that require intelligent pressure regulation. It is particularly suitable for monitoring flow, pressure and temperature.
- Thanks to its integrated condition monitoring, the system is suitable for production lines with a high degree of automation. Its modular design allows it to be adapted to various machine configurations. Its communication capabilities support its use in networked manufacturing environments.
- The AMS Air Management System with an electro-pneumatic regulator from SMC consists of a module featuring an integrated regulator, a display and electrical and pneumatic connections.
- Features include a programmable standby and shutdown mode, automatic leakage detection and pressure regulation. The system has a modular design and features an IO-Link interface for integration into Industry 4.0 environments.
- Installation can be carried out directly or using a connection kit. The Air Management System features a non-lockable residual pressure relief valve, which is available in either a pressure-less open or closed design. Depending on the variant, various communication protocols are available, as well as an Air Management Hub with a selection function for units.
