Product Description
- The IZD10 electrostatic sensor from SMC is used to monitor and control electrostatic charges in automated manufacturing and production processes.
- It is suitable for applications where the current state of static electricity needs to be reliably detected and analysed.
- Typical areas of application include machinery and equipment in the electronics, plastics, packaging and automation industries.
- The sensor supports process monitoring and quality assurance in electrostatically sensitive applications.
- The SMC IZD10 electrostatic sensor is used for the non-contact measurement of electrostatic potentials and outputs the measured values as an analogue voltage signal.
- The sensor supports two measurement ranges and allows for application-specific adjustment by selecting the appropriate measurement range.
- When used in conjunction with the IZE11 digital display unit, switch outputs, analogue outputs and functions such as distance correction, maximum and minimum value display and key lock are available.
- The compact design allows for easy installation, even where space is limited.
