Product Description
- The SMC IZT40/41/42 ioniser is used to eliminate electrostatic charges in industrial production and handling processes.
- It is suitable for applications where electrostatic discharges, dust build-up or damage to sensitive components need to be prevented.
- The ioniser is used, amongst other things, in the processing of printed circuit boards and glass substrates.
- It can be used both in automated production lines and in areas with stringent ESD control requirements.
- The SMC IZT40/41/42 ioniser is a rod-type ioniser with a separate controller and a separate high-voltage power supply module for neutralising static electricity.
- It operates on the principle of corona discharge and is available in standard, AC and dual-AC versions.
- Low-maintenance electrode needles and a range of electrode cassettes allow the system to be adapted to different requirements in terms of discharge speed and energy efficiency.
