Product Description
The SMC JS compensator is used in pneumatic and hydraulic drive systems to compensate for misalignment between the cylinder and the load.
The stainless steel version is particularly suitable for applications with high demands on corrosion resistance and hygiene.
It can be used in food processing machinery, as the internal grease is designed for this application.
The compensating element ensures long-lasting and reliable power transmission during linear motion sequences.
Description
The SMC JS compensating element is made of stainless steel and is used to compensate for angular misalignment and axial offset between the cylinder and the moving component.
The design allows for easy installation without the need for time-consuming centring of the mounting components.
The special shape of the dust cover improves the seal and prevents liquids from entering the interior via the thread.
For applications with specific requirements, dust protection covers made from fluorinated rubber or silicone rubber are available.
