- To minimise air consumption, the AS-Q valve should be used in conjunction with the AS-R series.
- The JCQ, RQ and RLQ cylinder series are not compatible with the AS-Q valve.
- The SMC AS-Q throttle check valve with quick fill/bleed function is equipped with an ergonomically knurled adjustment knob for quick and easy adjustment and pressure locking.
- The compact, lightweight design is suitable for use in modern, lightweight pneumatic systems.
- The energy-saving AS-Q valve enables a 25% saving in compressed air per cylinder cycle.
- The rapid air supply via the AS-Q ensures rapid pressure build-up in the cylinder when the end position is reached, whilst the rapid exhaust allows the return stroke to begin earlier.
